ARRIVAL

Welcome to Kiawah Island, South Carolina!

  • Indiana Farmers Insurance Travel Staff will greet you at Charleston International Airport (CHS) where you will be assisted with your luggage and escorted to awaiting transportation.

CHECK IN

EVENING

  • Tonight, join your Indiana Farmers Insurance hosts for a welcome reception and cocktails at the famed Ocean Course Clubhouse. We will depart the Sanctuary at 6:00 pm for cocktails on the Ryder Cup Lawn, followed by dinner at the clubhouse, celebrated for its dramatic Atlantic backdrop.


Monday, May 4th, 2026

BREAKFAST

  • You and your guest will enjoy a private breakfast at the Jasmine Porch from 7:00 am-9:00 am. The attire at the Jasmine Porch is smart casual.

GOLF

  • Time to tee it up at the Turtle Point Golf Course! We will depart the Sanctuary at 8:00 am for 9:00 am tee times.

DINNER

  • This evening we’ll join back up with your guest for a casual dinner at Cherrywood Barbeque. We will depart the Sanctuary at 6:45 pm. Cherrywood Barbeque is known for its authentic Southern barbecue and relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Attire for this evening is smart casual.


Tuesday, May 5th, 2026

BREAKFAST

  • You can enjoy breakfast at the Jasmine Porch at The Sanctuary on Kiawah Island from 7:00–9:00 a.m., offering a charming start to the day in a coastal setting. At 8:00 am, there will be a short business meeting. Attire at the Jasmine Porch is smart casual.

“THE CAROLINA GIRL” BOATING EXPERIENCE

  • Savor an exquisite selection of light hors d’oeuvres and premium beverages aboard “The Carolina Girl” while taking in Charleston’s breathtaking coastal views from the water. This experience lasts from 11:30 am- 1:00 pm.

LUNCH

  • After disembarking “The Carolina Girl”, the group will head to downtown Charleston to explore, shop, and dine at their leisure.

DINNER

  • The group will enjoy an included dinner at Tomasso, a favorite for its authentic Italian flavors and warm, vibrant setting. We will depart the Sanctuary at 6:45 pm, Attire is smart casual.
